If having continuous issues with your dashboard, you'll need to collect two piece of information to provide our Support team for troubleshooting.
Notes:
- Using Google Chrome as your browser is recommended.
- Attempt opening your dashboard in an Incognito window and clearing your browser cache before moving forward.
Obtain HARD File
To generate a HAR file:
- Open Google Chrome.
- At the top-right of your browser window, click the vertical ellipsis icon (
).
- Hover over More tools.
- Select Developer tools.
- In the Developer panel, navigate to the Network tab.
- Check the Preserve log box.
- Click the download icon labeled Export HAR.

Follow the steps above to open Developer tools, then navigate to the Console tab. Take a screenshot of any error messages displayed.
