Notes:
- This process only pertains to devices connected via Ethernet.
- While performing this process, your screen may go black, then show a loading page. When this happens, press the escape key to be routed back to the menu.
- If you're unsure of what values to enter when populating static IP information, contact your IT department for assistance.
Nvidia Shield
To assign a static IP address on an Nvidia Shield device:
- Connect a USB keyboard to the device.
- Restart the device.

Once the device shows the Starting up screen, press Ctrl+P on the keyboard.
- From the Settings menu, use the arrow keys to navigate to the right sidebar menu.

Select More, then press Enter.

Select Ethernet, then press Enter.

Select Static IP Settings, then press Enter.
From here, you'll use the arrow keys to select settings and enter the corresponding values.
Giada DN74
On Giada DN74 devices, static IP configuration will be done through system settings. To do so, navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Ethernet > Advanced. From here, you can assign a static IP address.
Since DN74 devices run on Android OS, IP assignment should be fully supported without any additional firmware or modifications.
BrightSign
To assign a static IP address on a BrightSign device:
- Log into BrightSign.
- On the dashboard, click the Admin drop-down in the top menu.
- Select Setup Library.
- Click New Player Setup.
- Enter a Setup Name (EX: Player 1).
- Ensure the correct Time Zone is set from the corresponding drop-down.
- Select Partner App.
- Click Select a Partner App.
- Select Enplug.
- Select Include network configuration.
- Click Network Options.
- Click Ethernet.
- Select Network Settings.
- Check the box labeled DHCP Enabled.
- Enter the static IP address information in the corresponding fields.
- Once completed, click Done.
