Notes:
- Connecting your device to the Internet via Ethernet cable is recommended.
- If using a Wi-Fi connection, ensure you aren't on a guest network.
- Enplug players are capable of storing credentials for logging into a wireless Internet network, but can't log into an active portal or splash page.
If you're experiencing Wi-Fi network connectivity issues, reference these troubleshooting steps:
- Determine if your location houses 2.4 GHz WIFI networks. A 5GHz adapter will improve connection quality if the issue is interference on the 2.4GHz band.
- A high gain antenna for the 2.4GHz network adapter can be used to remedy weak signal strength.
- A powerline adapter is an option to provide Ethernet connectivity through electrical wiring.
- Your Wi-Fi router could also be a factor. Reach out to your IT staff or network administrator to confirm your router is the best suited for your location.
