The Instagram app displays a live feed of posts from your IG account and hashtags.
Note: You must use an Instagram business account to connect to Enplug displays.
To access the Instagram app:
- Log into Enplug.
- Select the Apps drop-down and click on the Instagram app icon.
After setting up your feed, you can view posts by clicking the bulleted icon under Manage Posts. In the Live Posts column, you'll see all posts currently in your feed.
Interacting with/customizing your feed:
- To Favorite the post, click on the heart icon next to the vertical ellipsis (⋮).
- You can also view the post on the site of origin via the vertical ellipsis (⋮).
- To Delete a post, click on the trash icon at the bottom right of the post.
- Use Image Formatting to set how you'd like images to appear on your feed.
- Use Call to Action to present a custom message and/or logo with posts on your feed.
From the Settings menu, you have the option to set Pre-Approval and Profanity Filters. If you have Pre-Approval turned on, the posts for your IG feed will appear on the Needs Approval column.
Notes:
- For Instagram feeds, new posts may take up to three minutes to show up.
- Only public posts will appear on your Instagram feed.
