Proof of Play provides play-time data from the Graphics and Video, Corporate Graphics, and Ad Scheduler apps via periodic reports.
Notes:
- Proof of Play is an add-on feature, contact your Account Manager for access.
- Proof of Play can also be used with Webhooks or with Zapier.
Configuring Proof of Play
- Log into Enplug.
- Click the Display Group drop-down in the top menu and select the desired group.
- Navigate to the Proof of Play tab and enable the feature.
- Click Save.
Accessing Proof of Play Data
Once you have Proof of Play enabled, reporting data is available directly from the Enplug dashboard.
Note: Filters on the left-hand side can be used to sort relevant data.
Generating a Proof Of Play Report
Once Proof of Play has been enabled, you can generate a report of play-time data.
To do so:
- Log into Enplug.
- Under Account in the left side menu, click Proof of Play.
- Configure filters as desired.
- Click Apply Filters.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) in the top right corner to edit, share, or download the report.
Understanding a Proof of Play Report
Open the downloaded .csv file to view your proof of play report. Understanding the content in each column will help interpret the report:
One of report is pulled/downloaded, its columns will be labeled as followed:
- Asset - The name of the graphic.
- Device - The name of the device displaying the graphic.
- Display Group - Which group the device has been assigned to.
- Play Count - The number of times the content was displayed during the specified range.
- Play Duration - The total aggregated time the content spent onscreen during the specified range.
- Start Time and End Time - The date range selected for the report.
Note: Proof of Play reports will have up to a one-hour delay and the last hour of data may be missing from the report.
