Resetting your password for Enplug is a quick, easy process. There are two ways to accomplish this, depending whether you know your previous password or don't have access to it.
Help! I forgot my password!
If you forgot your password, go to the dashboard login page (or log out if you're still signed in), and click the Forgot Password link. You can also simply click this link to go there directly.
Note: If the above link takes you to the home page, you're still logged in. Click in the upper right corner, then click "Sign out" to log out.
This will take you to this page, where you can enter your email address to receive a new password link:
Once you receive this email, you'll be able to click the enclosed link to enter your new password. (If you get a 404 error, double-check that you're logged out of the dashboard!)
I know my current password, but I want to change it.
Already know your password? Great! Log into the dashboard, then click My Account. You'll see a variety of tabs to choose from, including General, Password, People, etc.
Click the Password tab. Enter your current password, then the new password of your choice.
Congratulations, you've reset your password!
