Enplug for Zoom Rooms

To use Zoom Rooms with Enplug, you'll need the following:

Zoom:

• Zoom Rooms License
• Role With Access To Zoom Rooms On The Web Portal
• Location Configured For Zoom Rooms
• Device Configured For Zoom Rooms
• Latest Zoom Rooms version available

Enplug

• Enplug License (one per screen)
• Display Group With Scheduled Content

Note: This function isn't available in the EU.

Linking a Zoom Room to Enplug

Note: You'll first need to log into Zoom and create a Zoom Room for Enplug.

To link Enplug content to a Zoom Room:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. In the top menu, click the Display Groups drop-down.
3. Click Add New.
4. Under Display Group Type, select Zoom Rooms.
5. Fill in the remaining requested fields.
6. Navigate to your Zoom Room and copy the Room ID (EX: zoom.us/location?resourceid=YOURZOOMID&resource_type=20).
7. Navigate to the Display Group window and paste the copied ID into the Zoom Room Id field.
8. Click Next.
9. Pair a device or click Skip this Step.
10. Schedule content as desired.
11. Click Save.

Following this, you'll return to your Zoom Room and following the corresponding instructions to pair your device.
