When connecting an Enplug device to the internet, please consider the following:
Android OS has a known incompatibility with Classless IP addressing which means if the android device requests an IP address from DHCP and the response contains a classless static route, the Android device will not be able to receive an IP address from DHCP. If IP subnetting is used in conjunction with DHCP in your network, your Enplug Devices may not be able to receive an IP address from DHCP.
Please consider one of the following solutions to solve this issue:
a. Assigning a Static IP address to Enplug Devices.
b. Using a Classful IP range for Enplug Devices with DHCP.
