Company Templates provide access to custom templates, tailored to your company's design specifications. This also allows you to create new signs using existing templates.
Note: Contact your Account Manager if you are interested in adding this feature to your account.
Accessing & Creating Company Templates
To access and create a template:
- Log into Enplug.
- Click the Apps drop-down in the top menu, then select Company Templates.
- Select a template.
- When creating your first sign, you'll see a list of all templates.
- If you have existing templates, after opening the app, click Choose Template in the top right corner.
Editing Templates
To edit a template:
- Open the template you'd like to edit.
- Edit the available properties to customize your sign.
- Click Save.
- Apply the sign to the appropriate Display Group(s).
- Click Save Changes.
Uploading Data
The Data tab in the Company Templates app allows you to create or import spreadsheets of linked data to your sign. Visit the Templates App article for more details.
Linking to Canvas
After uploading data to your sign, you'll need to link that data to your canvas:
- To the left of your canvas, click on the
button to link each field to a column on your Data tab.
- Choose a column in the drop-down to bind the data to.
- Click Save.
