Check out this video and the steps below for hardware setup!

  1. Plug in the HDMI cable from TV to the Enplug device
  2. (optional) Plug in an Ethernet cable if you will not be using WiFi
  3. Plug power adapter into Enplug device
  4. Allow the device to start up after plugging in the power adapter

    • Please note that having the USB dongle plugged in before the device is powered on can prevent the device from booting up all the way.

Connect to WiFi

Check out this video and the steps below to connect your device to the WiFi using a USB keyboard!

Note: Your USB keyboard can be used for each device.

1. When the device has completely started up the first time, you will see the message: Press "space" or the "Triangle" button

Note: You can find the device's MAC address at the bottom of this screen

2. Press the "space" button on your keyboard to open the Network menu

3. The Network menu will appear on the right of the screen

4. Use the arrow keys to navigate the menu

5. Press "Enter" to select your desired network

6. Type the WiFi password, then select "Next"

7. Your device will take a moment and connect to your WiFi

8. Finally, you will reach the 2-word passphrase screen. The device is now set up and ready to be linked to your account!

Notes: Changed your mind and want to connect to Ethernet instead of WiFi? No problem, simply plug in the Ethernet cable and restart the device. It will skip right to the 2-word passphrase once connected to the internet

If you have already set up your device and are looking for the MAC address, check out this guide

The Remote

Your device comes with an optional remote. If you choose to use the remote, the following setup process may be required:

    1. Place your remote in pairing mode by holding the "Triangle", "Small Circle", and "Microphone" buttons at the same time until a blue light starts flashing on the top portion of the remote

Replace the Batteries:

If your remote is already connected and not working, you may need to replace the batteries by following these steps:

  1. On the bottom end of the remote, you will see a small circular depression. If you press this with a tool (like the end of a ball-point pen) it will release a tray from the bottom of the remote
  2. Pull the tray fully out of the remote and you'll see two coin-cell batteries
  3. Using two new CR2032 batteries, replace them per the orientation indicated on the tray
  4. Push the tray back into the remote until you feel it latch securely
  5. Your remote is now ready for use!
