Installation
To begin installation:
- Plug the HDMI cable from your TV/display into the Enplug device.
- If not using Wi-Fi, plug your Ethernet cable into the device.
- Plug the Enplug device into a dedicated power source.
Your device should now begin to boot.
Connecting to Wi-Fi
To connect your device to Wi-Fi, you'll need to access device settings.
To do so:
- After your device successfully boots, you'll see a message reading Press O on the Nvidia controller to start Enplug.
- Press O on the remote.
- Press the triangle button to open the Wi-Fi menu.
- The Network menu will appear on the right of the screen.
- Select the desired network.
- Enter the corresponding credentials.
- If prompted, press O again.
When setup is completed, you’ll see a two-word phrase on your screen. Use this to connect the TV/display to your Enplug account.
Linking the Device to Your Account
- Follow these steps to link the device to existing content.
- Follow these steps to link the device to new content.
Troubleshooting Your Remote
If this is a new device and your remote doesn't work:
- Manually restart the device
- Wait until you see Press O on the Nvidia controller to start Enplug.
- Press and hold O on the remote until you see a Connected message at the bottom of the screen.
If your remote is connected, but not working, you may need to replace its batteries.
Note: This will require two CR2032 batteries.
