Directory App

The Directory app allows you to set up a custom directory.

Creating a New Directory

To create a new directory:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Using the Apps drop-down menu at the top of your dashboard, select the Directory app.
3. Enter a Directory Name and choose the Fields to Display.
4. Enter the desired data or click Upload Spreadsheet to upload a .csv file.
5. Once completed, click Save.
6. Select the Display Group(s) you'd like to send the directory to.
7. Click Save Changes.

Note: Click Download data to download a copy of the directory. 

Directory Settings

After creating a directory, click Settings to format as desired.

From the Settings menu, you can:

• Edit the Directory Name
• Customize the Display Header
• Edit font sizes used in the directory
• Select the amount of columns that will display in your directory depending on landscape or portrait orientation
• Select a display theme template or create your own
