The Directory app allows you to set up a custom directory - perfect for lobbies, offices, and any building with tenants. This app can also be used for easily structuring lists of upcoming events.

Creating a New Directory
If you don't have any directories set up yet, or want to create a new one, you can use the New Directory button in the upper right hand portion of the screen.
After you click the New Directory button you will be taken to a screen where you can begin entering your list of tenants. You can enter the items into the list manually or upload a CSV file that contains the information using the Upload Spreadsheet button. Once you have entered all of your items, please use the Download Data button to download a backup copy of your directory.
At the top of the page you will also have the option to set a directory name. This name is for internal reference and will not appear onscreen. You will learn how to set an onscreen title in the settings section of this article. You can also choose whether or not include the Floor and Location fields in the list.
If you select to show Tenant Logos, another column will appear. Click on the small camera icon and you will be able to upload a logo to be shown alongside the tenant's listing in the directory. The size the image will scale depending on how many entries you are displaying on screen at once.
Directory Settings
Once you have entered your tenants you can choose how you would like to style your directory. Click the Settings button at the top of the page to proceed. You will see this screen:
You can use the Directory Name field to set a title that will appear at the top of your directory. Just make sure the box is checked. Please note that whatever changes made to the directory name here will be reflected on the setup page that you previously came from and vice versa.
You can also automatically have the directory span multiple screens. This feature is useful if you have a large list of tenants because it will automatically balance them out.
You can also choose the number of columns you wish to display. Adjusting this setting will change the size of the text and tenant logo images.
Color Themes
You can customize the appearance of your directory. You can use one of the color themes provided by Enplug, or you can create a new theme by clicking the Create New button.
After clicking on the Create New button a screen will open where you can set colors for the different fields in the directory as well as the text. Just be sure to click Save at the bottom when you are done and your new theme will be ready.
