A Facebook feed can be linked to your Enplug account through the Social Media Wall or Facebook app. Your Facebook feed can display up to 50 of your most recent Facebook posts.
Note: The Facebook pages you'd like displayed on your feed must be those that the connected account is an Admin on.
Connecting a Facebook Feed
To connect a Facebook feed:
- Log into Enplug.
- Locate the Apps drop-down menu at the top of your dashboard.
- To find Facebook, select the Social Media tab and click the Facebook icon.
- From here, you'll log into your Facebook account and be given the option to select the pages you'd like displayed.
- Once your selection have been made, click Select.
- Click Save.
- Select the Display Group(s) you'd like to send the feed to.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: Enplug doesn't support:
- Facebook Groups
- Facebook check-ins
- Links to news articles, blog posts, or any other external site
- Reviews
- Videos
- Photo album uploads
- Mentions of your hashtag made on Facebook
Viewing & Configuring Posts
To view and/or configure posts, click Manage Posts. In the Live Posts column, you'll see all posts currently in your feed. You can choose to Favorite or Delete posts.
Note: If Pre-Approval is turned on for your feed, all posts will appear in the Needs Approval column. Click on the check icon to approve a post.
You'll use the Settings menu to format images, messaging, and styling.
Notes:
- Facebook posts are pulled every 5-10 minutes.
- Only Facebook Business Accounts set to public are applicable.
- You'll need to grant Enplug access to the Facebook account you'd like to use.
- Enplug only supports one Facebook page being linked with each account.
