Using Video on Demand for Enplug

This article details the Video on Demand (VOD) feature of the Enplug platform and how to use it.

Video on Demand offers a collection of educational videos that can be displayed for and sent to customers.

Accessing Video on Demand

To access the Video on Demand feature:

1. Open the Apps dropdown and type “Content Library” into the search field.
   
   
   
2. Click Content Library to open the app.
3. Click Video on Demand to open the video library.
   
   
   

Viewing Content 

To view VOD content in the video library:

1. Select a category from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
   
2. Click the thumbnail of the video you’d like to view.
   
   

Note: You can view the video in fullscreen by clicking the Fullscreen icon in the bottom-right corner of the video.

Sending Content via Email

To send VOD content via email:

1. Click the Send icon to the right of the video you’d like to share. 
   • Note: When a video is open, you can click Share this content and follow the same steps below.

2. Enter the email address where you’d like the video sent. 
   • You can add a message for the recipient and attach up to three files.
   • Note: The total size for attachments can’t exceed 168KB.
     
3. Click Send.

A link to the selected video and your message/files will be sent to the provided email address(es).

Setting Up A VOD-Only Role

To set up a user to view VOD content only:

1. Open the User Roles page.
2. Click Add User Role.
   
   
   
3. Click Apps.
4. Check Limit Access to specific Apps and choose Content Library.
   
   
   
   
5. Toggle on Video on Demand ONLY.
