Using Video on Demand

Video on Demand offers a collection of educational videos that can be displayed for and sent to customers.

Accessing Video on Demand

To access VOD content:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Click the Apps drop-down in the top menu.
3. Open the Content Library app.
4. Click Video on Demand to open the video library.

Viewing Content 

To view VOD content:

1. Follow the steps above to access Video on Demand in the Content Library app.
2. Select a Category from the left side menu.
3. Click the thumbnail of the video you’d like to view.

Note: You can view the video in full screen by clicking the Fullscreen icon in the bottom-right corner.

Sending Content via Email

To send VOD content via email:

1. Follow the steps above to access the video you'd like to send.
2. Click the Send icon to the right of the desired video. 
   • When a video is open, you can click Share this content and follow the same steps below.
3. Enter the email address where you’d like the video sent. 
   • You can add a message for the recipient and attach up to three files.
   • The total size for attachments can’t exceed 168KB.
4. Click Send.

A link to the selected video and your message/files will be sent to the provided email address.

Setting Up A VOD-Only Role

To set up a user to view VOD content only:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Open the User Roles page.
3. Click Add User Role.
4. Click Apps.
5. Check the Limit Access to specific Apps box and select Content Library.
6. Toggle on Video on Demand ONLY.
