If your social posts aren't updating properly, ensure Social Approval is off. If it's on, it'll prevent your posts from displaying until approved.
If your display is updating very slowly, check your Wi-Fi signal/Internet connection. This is commonly related to weak or slow performance. For more information on Internet settings and requirements, see this article.
Connecting Ethernet
- Ensure Ethernet cable is connected to the Enplug device
- Ensure Ethernet cable is connected to the Internet source
- Locate the power cord(s) for display (screen + device behind screen), unplug for for 20 seconds, and reconnect
Connecting Wi-Fi
- Connect a USB keyboard to the device and press the space bar to view a list of available wireless networks
- Select the desired network and enter the corresponding credentials
