To restart your device:
- Locate the Enplug device connected to your display (behind or beneath the monitor).
- Unplug power to the device for two minutes.
- Reconnect power to the device.
- You'll need to confirm that both a red light and flashing blue light appear on the device.
Note: The rebooting process can take up to five minutes.
