Accessing Your User Preferences
In the top right corner of the dashboard, select the user drop-down, and select "User Settings"
Profile Settings
On the "Profile" tab, change your name or preferred dashboard language.
Accounts are created using email addresses and are unable to be changed. If you wish to change your email address, we recommend creating, or having your account administrator create a new user account with the same permissions, then delete your old user account.
After making any changes to your user preferences, select "Update" to save the changes
Security Settings
On the "Security" tab, you can change your password or enable Two-Factor Authentication for additional account security.
Notification Settings
On the "Notifications" tab you can enable email notifications for device internet status, social media notifications, and Content Approval.
