The Locking/Unlocking User Role allows users to lock and unlock apps on a Dynamic Playlist as desired to prevent percentages changing when adding or removing other apps. This feature is helpful for those wanting to maintain a balanced playlist with time-sensitive content.
Users will need permission assigned to lock/unlock apps. Administrators can reference this article for more information on enabling User Roles and permissions.
A minimum of three apps are required to utilize locking/unlocking. From there, you can lock up to two less than your total number of apps. So, for example, if you have eight apps, six can be locked/unlocked.
