Enabling User Roles and Permissions - Admin Guide

Note: This article is for Account Administrators use only.

Essential Accounts

To enable/disable user permissions for users on an Essential account:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Click the settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Select Users.
4. Select the desired user.
5. Navigate to the Account section.
6. Toggle the desired permission(s) on/off.
7. Click Save.

Professional and Enterprise Accounts

To enable/disable user permissions for User Roles on Professional and Enterprise accounts:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Click the settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Select User Roles.
4. Select the desired User Role.
5. Navigate to the Account section.
6. Toggle the desired permission(s) on/off.
7. Click Save.
8. Anyone under the selected User Role will now have updated permission(s).
