Windows Video Wall Configuration with an Intel Graphics Card

Overview

Enplug offers Windows media player solutions for setting up custom video walls. After you have set up your hardware, you're ready to connect the device to the internet and configure your video wall display.

Connect to the Internet

Once your hardware is set up, you're ready to connect your device to the internet. If you are using Ethernet, you already connected that during hardware setup and you are ready to proceed with the Screen Configuration steps. For a Wi-Fi connection, follow these steps: 

  1. Make sure your media player is powered on. You will be automatically logged in as the Enplug user
  2. Minimize the player by pressing "Space"
  3. Open the Wi-Fi menu by clicking the Wi-Fi symbol in the taskbar
  4. Select and connect to your network 

 

Screen Configuration

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and search for Intel's "Graphics Command Center"
  2. Select the Display tab
  3. Toggle on "Merge all displays into one desktop"mceclip0.png
  4. Your displays are now managed as one screen

 

Connect to Enplug

You will see a 2-word setup phrase on the screen. Log into the Enplug dashboard and connect your video wall as a new display. 

  • Follow these steps to link the device to existing content.
  • Follow these steps to link the device to new content. 

 

Additional Information

Be sure to match any custom content to the correct resolution for your screens. For example, if you are using a 1x2 video wall display, the total screen resolution would likely be 3840 x 1080. Custom graphics uploaded to the Corporate Graphics or Graphics & Video app should match that resolution to show full screen. Signs created in the Templates app should also match the screen resolution to show full screen.
