After installing your device and hardware, you're ready to connect to the Internet and configure your video wall display.
Note: If setting up your own Windows Media Player, reference this guide to install the Enplug Windows Player and select the Media Player download.
Connecting to the Internet
Note: If using Ethernet, you'll be connected to the Internet during the hardware setup. Proceed to the Screen Configuration steps.
To connect to the Internet:
- Power the device on.
- This will automatically log you in as an Enplug user.
- Minimize the player by pressing the Space bar on your keyboard.
- Click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar.
- Select the network you'd like to connect to and enter network credentials (if applicable).
Screen Configuration
To configure your screen:
Note: First, ensure that your displays are placed in the correct physical order.
- Minimize the player by pressing the Space bar on your keyboard.
- Press Windows key + R to open Run.
- Enter
C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\EyefinityPro.exeinto the text field and click Ok.- If software isn't preinstalled on the device, follow this link to download manually.
- After the AMD Eyefinity Pro Configuration Tool opens, select your layout using the drop-down in the top left corner
- Click Next.
- Click the Identify button to identify your displays.
- Drag-and-drop each numbered display into the appropriate layout box.
- Click Create AMD Eyefinity Configuration.
Your screens will now be set in the desired video wall configuration and you can connect to your Enplug account.
Connecting to Enplug
You will see a two-word setup phrase on the screen. Log into the Enplug dashboard and connect your video wall as a new display.

Notes:
- Any custom content should be set to the correct resolution for your screens.
- Custom graphics uploaded to the Corporate Graphics or Graphics & Video app should match the screen resolution to be shown at full screen.
- Signs created in the Templates app should match the screen resolution to be shown at full screen.
