Enterprise Configuration
To help with enterprise setup, we have created some scripts to install and manage properties for the Enplug Screensaver. You can download the scripts here.
Note: For the scripts to install the screensaver, the screensaver file needs to be in the same directory as the scripts.
Below are examples of the scripts and their functions. Replace the example URL with your specific Content URL:
-
installEnplugScreensaver.sh https://player.enplug.com/#/display/abcdef/123456Installs the Screensaver. The Screensaver will be available through the “Desktop & Screensaver” pane in System Preferences. Requires root password.
-
installAndDisableScreensaver.sh https://player.enplug.com/#/display/abcdef/123456Installs the Enplug Screensaver and removes the “Desktop and Screensaver” pane from System Preferences, thus preventing the change of a Screensaver. Requires root password.
-
installAndLock.sh https://player.enplug.com/#/display/abcdef/123456Installs the Enplug Screensaver and locks the URL field inside the configuration window. Requires root password.
