When having issues with Enplug PC software, pulling application logs maybe necessary.
To pull log files:
- Simultaneously press the Windows key and R on your keyboard.
- This will prompt the Run dialog.
- In the prompted window, enter the following: %HOMEPATH%\appdata\roaming\enplug display\logs.
- Click Ok.
This will launch a window containing the log file text.
