Creating Advanced Playlists

To create an Advanced Playlist:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Under Account in the left side menu, click Playlists.
3. Navigate to the Playlists tab.
4. Click New Playlist.
5. Enter a Playlist Name.
6. Add any desired Tags.
7. Click the box under Color to choose a color for your playlist.
   • Colors are used to identify playlists in your scheduling blocks.
8. You can choose to toggle Shuffle playlist on or off.
9. Click Add Content to Playlist.
10. From the Add Content to Playlist menu, navigate to Assets.
    • Assets refer to single content items that can be added to a playlist.

11. To the left of content you’d like added to your playlist, click the + icon.
12. Once all desired content has been added, click Save.

Note: Ensure you click Save after making any edits to your playlist.

Selected content will now appear in your playlist. From the playlist overview, you’ll see the following fields:

• Duration: The runtime of the playlist.  
• Tags: This will display the asset’s assigned tags.
• Preview: Click the eye icon to preview your playlist. 

You’ll also be given the following Actions options:

• Duplicate: Click the copy icon to duplicate your playlist.
• Delete: Select the trashcan icon to delete your playlist.

Note: You can click the trashcan icon next to an asset to remove it from the playlist.

Scheduling Advanced Playlists

To schedule an Advanced Playlist, you’ll first need to create a scheduling block(s), then save the schedule.

To do so:

1. Log into Enplug.
2. Under Account in the left side menu, click Playlists.
3. Navigate to the Schedules tab.
4. Click New Schedule.
5. Enter a Schedule Name.
6. Add any desired Tags.
7. Click Schedule Block.
8. Enter a Time Block Name.
9. Select the desired Start and End times or toggle on All Day.
10. Use the drop-down to select a cadence option:
    • Daily: Schedule will repeat every day at the set time.
    • Weekly: Schedule will repeat once per week, on the set day, at the set time.
    • All Day: Schedule will play all day.
    • Does not repeat: Schedule will play from the start date/time through the end date/time and won’t follow any repeating patterns.

11. Click Add Playlists.
12. Select the desired playlist(s).
13. Click Save.
14. From here, you’ll be taken to the New Schedule Block.
15. Click Save to return to the calendar view.

After saving your schedule, your playlist(s) will now appear in the scheduling block. You can click your scheduling block to open it and, from within, click +Add Playlists to add another. 

From within the scheduling block, you can click the trashcan icon to remove a playlist. Click the trashcan icon at the top of a scheduling block will remove it entirely. When your scheduling block is set, click Save.

After reviewing your new schedule, click Save Schedule before navigating away from the Schedules tab.

From here, you can assign the schedule to a Display Group(s):

1. Locate the schedule you’d like to assign.
2. Under Displays, click the screen icon.
3. Select the desired Display Group(s).
4. Click Confirm.
