In this video, you'll learn how to:

• Navigate and audit the brand asset library by switching between grid and list views, applying keyword filters, and auditing content within specific date ranges.
• Upload and adjust authorized file types while utilizing image modification controls to configure custom orientations, aspect ratios, and canvas rotations.
• Distribute and schedule corporate assets to target display groups by establishing slide runtime durations, day or time blocks, and Priority Play overrides.

Notes:

• Enplug media player hardware is restricted to a maximum localized storage of 3GB.
• Uploaded video assets must remain under 30 minutes in total length and are capped at a maximum file size of 500MB.
• Internal configuration controls apply exclusively to image files; uploaded spreadsheets, Word documents, and video files can't be edited and will upload as is.
• The calendar overview tool lookback window is constrained to a maximum of two weeks and a lookahead limit of eight weeks.
