In this video, you'll learn how to:

• Connect and authenticate external Google or Microsoft Office accounts to import custom calendars, select specific data fields, and customize display layout styles.
• Configure scheduling rules by adjusting playlist rotation intervals, defining daily active hours, mapping future start dates, and setting Priority Play overrides.
• Navigate the calendar library to manage live configurations, change asset rotation sequences, view full-screen previews, and execute bulk account updates.

Notes:

• Calendar data synchronization requires explicitly granting security clearance to the platform during the integration process.
• Content intervals enforce a strict lower bound of one second, restrict the standard slider toggle to a maximum of 60 seconds, and require custom manual values for durations exceeding 60 seconds.
• Activating Priority Play completely replaces the normal playlist rotation and is strictly limited to managing exactly one active application at a time per individual display group.
