This article details how to access your ticket history both active and solved directly in Zendesk. Each section breaks down into individual steps needed to begin this process. This article teaches you how to create a Zendesk account, how to sign in to Zendesk, and how to track and close your ticket once it’s been created.

1. Open the Portal
Navigate to the URL above in your browser. You will see the sign‑in window (below).
2. Sign In (Existing Users)
Enter registered email and password, then click “Sign in.”
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password?” and follow the email prompt.
3. Create Your Login (First‑Time Users)
Click “Sign up,” fill in your name and email, then check your inbox.
Open the confirmation email and click “Create a password.”
Choose a strong password and click “Set password.”
4. View “My Requests”
Once signed in, you will see all your open and historical tickets.
