To upgrade your billing package:
- Log into Enplug.
- Click My Account.
- If you're not on the home page, click your user icon in the upper right corner to access My Account.
- You'll be automatically routed to the General tab.
- Open the Billing tab to view your billing information as well as the option to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade to see upgrading options.
- Use the toggle to upgrade/downgrade your current plan.
Your new billing package will take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for your new plan for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
