The Enplug integration tab allows users to link external integrations to their Enplug account to display data.
Requirements
To use POS integrations, you’ll need the following:
- A Professional or Enterprise Enplug account
- Access credentials for the chosen third-party integration.
Currently, Point-of-Sale (POS) Integrations are only available on the Enplug platform with the following programs:
- Aramark Cafe
- CampusDish
- Clover
- Clover Sport (formerly known as Bypass Mobile)
- Compass USA
- Elevate
- Healthcare+
- MyVenue
- Omnivore/Olo
- Oracle Micros Simphony
- QU (formerly known as Gusto)
- Revel
- Student Nutrition
- Spot On (formerly known as Appetize)
- Square
- VenueNext (Shift 4)
Adding Integrations
To add an available integration:
- Login to Enplug.
- Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen to launch the Settings menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Click New Integration.

From the available options, select the desired integration program.
- Keep the Active toggle on to keep an integration active.
- Enable the Auto-Update toggle to download new data when available.

After choosing an integration, fill in the requested fields.
- These will be based on the program you choose.

Click Test Connection.
- If the test fails, confirm the information/credentials you’ve entered are correct.
- If the test is successful, you’ll see a message reading Integration created successfully.
- Click Create.
- If the integration you’re using has multiple POS locations, Refresh the page to choose locations for display.
- After refreshing, click Edit.

Select the locations where you’d like data displayed.
- These selections can be changed at any time.
- Click Save and Close.
From here, you can access integration data via the Menu Board App Product Library.
Notes:
- Multiple integrations can be used on one account. Data will appear on separate tabs in the Product Library.
- Data error logs can be downloaded from the integration’s Settings page. You can access the Settings page by clicking the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
