- Provision user permissions by navigating to user settings or role profiles to toggle authorization for editing Dynamic Playlists.
- Lock timeline allocations within the Dynamic Playlist to maintain constant app playback percentages independent of content changes or expirations.
- Toggle active locking states directly from the playlist timeline to continuously manage and balance scheduling ratios.
Notes:
- A minimum threshold of three applications must reside on the active timeline to enable the feature, allowing for a maximum of two apps to be locked concurrently.
- Dropping below the three-app minimum threshold automatically deactivates locking controls and instantly forces all existing locked apps to unlock.
- Standard operators can't adjust locks unless an administrator explicitly turns on the Locking/Unlocking App Percentages setting within the individual's account or assigned User Role.
