Submitting a Support Request is simple and will lead to the fastest response from our Support Team!

The following fields are provided to gather as much information about your request as possible. Please note that the Email Address, Subject, and Description fields are required information for submitting a request.
Your Email Address - If you have an existing Enplug account, we recommend providing the email address you log in with. Be sure to type in the email address correctly. If it is incorrect, you will not receive any response to your ticket!
Subject - The main subject of why you are requesting support assistance.
Description - A detailed description of the issue or reason you are requesting support assistance. Provide any troubleshooting steps you have tried or other details our Support team may find helpful.
Dashboard App - If your issue is related to one of the apps on the dashboard, please select from the dropdown list which app is affected.
Display Group URL - If a specific Display Group is affected by an issue, please provide the URL for the Display Group.
- Click “Display Groups” > Display Group name
- Copy the URL from the address bar for your Display Group
Display Name - If one of your displays is presenting an issue, please provide the name. You can find the name of the display by opening the Display Group or visiting the monitoring page
Attachments - If you would like to add any attachments with your request, you can do so in this section.
Once you have completed all the required fields, select the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
