Almost all of Enplug's apps have the ability to control when your content will appear onscreen.

In order to access an app's scheduling features, please select the app from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Go to the application's library and you will see a list of all of the content you have set up in the app. Click on the monitor icon in the Displays column next to the item whose schedule you wish to modify.
Once you have clicked the button a new window will appear. It shows which display groups the content is currently assigned to. In the upper portion of the window is a Schedule tab. Please click on it and you will see the screen below:
Once you click on the scheduling tab this screen will load. All of the features are explained below:
The duration setting features a slider that can be set from one to 60 seconds. You can also type in a number larger than 60 to the right of the slider. The number is in seconds, so for example, 3600 seconds would be one hour. Please note this duration represents how long the image will stay onscreen every time it appears, not a total duration over a period of time.
When you activate the Limit Days slider a list of days of the week will appear. The content can only appear on days that are checked, so in this example, the app would never show up on Tuesday or Friday but would appear on the remaining days of the week:
Turning on this slider will allow you to set time ranges during which the content can appear. You can set multiple time ranges by clicking the plus icon to the right of the first time range. In the example below the app would only be able to show during the 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM window as well as during the 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM period as specified in the dashboard.
Schedule for Later:
The "schedule for later" feature will let you use a calendar interface to schedule content to play at a future date. When you click the slider to turn on schedule for later you will be presented with a start date and three different options to end the content, those being "Never", "On Date", and "After content plays". If you choose the latter option to end the content, you will be given an option to specify the number of times the content should play before it ends. Click on the start date and an interactive calendar will pop up to allow you to pick the start and end dates.
Advanced Scheduling Through Combining The Features
Enplug's scheduling features are powerful individually, but when combined provide highly granular control over exactly when your content will play. The scheduling features can all be combined together like a filter to create highly specific playtime rules.
For example, if you were to set Limit Days to Tuesdays, the content would only be able to appear on Tuesdays. If you also added Limit Time setting of 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, that would only allow the image to appear on Tuesdays between and 8:00 and 10:00. If you also turned on Schedule for Later and set a date range, the image would only be able to appear between 8:00 and 10:00 on Tuesdays during the date range you chose.
You can use any number of these filters in combination with each other to achieve your desired effect.
