It’s possible to see more offline devices than an account actually has. This can come as a result of devices not being removed from an account following replacement or cancellation.
When this occurs, you’re able to go into your account and manually remove a device from a display group.
To remove a device from a display group:
- Log into Enplug.
- Click on the Monitoring tab in the left sidebar menu.
- Locate the device you’d like to remove, then click on its Display Group.
- To the far-right of the display name, click the trashcan icon.
- Click Delete in the prompted window.
- Repeat steps 3-5 as needed for additional devices.
Notes:
- The date and timestamp of when a device was last used will be located to the right of the device name.
- If the Message for a device reads This one's got no pulse! Last pulse at ‘YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS’, this means the device hasn’t checked in recently. If it’s been some time since the last pulse date, the device likely needs to be removed.
