Help! I tried clicking "Apps" and got an error.

As a Network user, your Network doesn't have any apps connected to it - apps are only linked to specific accounts within a Network. 

As a result, if you click the Apps dropdown without first selecting a specific account, you will see this error:

You can see that I'm currently in the Enplug Network via the dropdown in the upper left corner, and the selected account in the "Account Overview" box. Since I'm selecting a Network, there aren't any apps available.

To fix this:

  • Click the dropdown in the upper left corner to select an account



  • OR click the Displays dropdown to select a display group:

This will allow you to select an app as desired.
