Enplug on Samsung Tizen & SSSP | Users Guide
This guide contains step-by-step instructions on setting up your supported Samsung Tizen or Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSSP) model for use with Enplug.

Enplug on Samsung Tizen & SSSP is currently in Beta, and this guide may change as the app is updated.

Samsung Device Set Up
This guide will take you step-by-step on how to display Enplug content on your supported Samsung device.

1. Enter one of the following URLs on your supported Samsung device based on your device orientation →
   
   Tizen:

• Landscape version: https://0099.io/6ws2257

  SSSP2, SSSP3:

2. Follow the steps to complete the configuration of your Samsung Tizen device.

1. Turn on display, go through basic settings (clocks, WiFi settings etc.), and switch source to HDMI or PC

2. Check your FW version using IR Remote control

• navigate to Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung.
• check the line Software version and compare the value with the list of supported models below to your model.

3. Press Menu -> System -> Play via

 

4. Select URL Launcher

5. Press HOME on IR remote control

6. Go to URL Launcher Settings -> URL address

7. Fill in the following URL and confirm:

Tizen Core App link https://t.signageos.io doesn’t work directly in the browser. It works just and only on the Tizen device where it looks for a specific XML file. This way Tizen devices verify the installation package.

 

8. In the Home menu select Device ID -> select RJ-45

9. Go to Menu – Settings – Power control – Network Stand by -> select On

10. Go to Menu – Settings – Power control – Auto Power On -> select On

11. Select HOME and press the first button – URL LAUNCHER

 

At this point, the display connects to the Internet and downloads the signageOS Core App for Tizen. 

If you used the custom domain or a bundled version from domain 0099.io, you might need to perform an additional power cycle.

 

3. If you are using SSSP2 or SSSP3, please follow this guide.
   
   
4. When device set up is complete, you will see a 2-word set up phrase from Enplug on your screen. Once you see the Enplug 2-word Setup Phrase, connect the player to your Enplug Account:

You should now see content from your connected Enplug account on your Samsung device!
