If you are using one of our ViewSonic screens that has our hardware built in, then there is a separate set of steps to change the orientation of the screen to and from Portrait.
1) Open the TV menu.
2) Select the "Configuration2" option then select the "Rotation" option.
3) In the "Rotation" submenu, you can either toggle the "Main" option to "On" if the TV has already been set to display the Enplug player via the "Media" source or you can toggle the "All" option "On".
